Refund and Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is sometimes referred to as the “cooling-off period.”

To cancel your order, you must notify us clearly in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unused and in its original packaging (where applicable)
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We will refund the full cost of the goods, including the standard delivery charge (if applicable).

We may make a deduction if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Exemptions (Non-returnable items)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital downloads or online content (once download/access has begun with your consent)
Custom or personalised items
Sealed items (e.g. audio, video, or software) once unsealed
Perishable goods

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (within the cancellation period), you are responsible for return postage.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving faulty goods. After this period, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
